This convenient app helps pilots and operators quickly locate the nearest Honeywell-authorized service centers and dealers, get technical support and find other vital information.
The app gives you direct access 24x7 to aircraft-on-ground (AOG) support for fast parts delivery to maximize aircraft uptime.
An interactive map makes it easy and intuitive to find the right Honeywell resources, anywhere and anytime. The map shows service centers and dealers and lets users find phone numbers, addresses and site capabilities with a single click.
Direct Access makes it easy to find toll free numbers and get in touch with Honeywell technical support engineers or our mobile response team when a problem comes up. Links to the Pilot Gateway and technical support self-service features further speed the process of getting help, whenever and wherever it’s needed.
The app can be downloaded free at the Apple App Store and Google Play or from the Honeywell Aerospace App Store. BlackBerry, Windows phone and desktop users can access the tool online.
