Activate INDS Service

We are pleased to announce that customers can now establish Integrated Navigation Data Service (INDS) services through https://shop.jeppesen.com/INDS.

We listened to your feedback and are offering a modernized approach to subscription setup, which will complement our world class cockpit systems and data offerings for INDS.

For new INDS subscription offerings go to: https://shop.jeppesen.com/INDS. You are not required to login or register first, then:

Select your aircraft make and model
Select your data coverage
Provide aircraft, avionics system and billing information
Review and click to accept Terms and Conditions
Email will be provided with credentials and data availability

With the launch of https://shop.jeppesen.com/INDS , we have eliminated the need to deliver documentation through emails, which required customers to print, sign, scan and then fax/email paperwork to INDS Accounts. You will see improved quality and turn-around times as the online subscription setup has embedded business rules to ensure all required data is provided the first time. We have also implemented a new “Click-to-Accept” process to simply the Terms and Conditions. The new subscription service setup is Phase 1 of our improvements; the ability to modify existing services will be available in a future release.
